Combining the best of both

CrossMod homes are primarily built indoors, just like modern manufactured homes, and are placed on a permanent foundation, similar to on-site home construction.

We build our modern manufactured homes in climate-controlled facilities, giving us more control over building timelines and conditions.
We've streamlined our building process by optimizing materials used in our homes, purchasing through our own supply chains, and reducing packaging and waste by building our own doors, windows, and cabinets.
Our modern manufactured homes are inspected before leaving the building facility to make sure every part of the home is ready to be delivered to you.
We've implemented waste reduction programs at our home building facilities that have helped divert millions of pounds of waste from landfills each year and maintain ISO 14001:2015 environmental certifications.
